Warranty Coverage Summary

What's Covered

• Parts Defects: Manufacturing defects in brake components we install
• Workmanship: Issues arising from improper installation
• Normal Wear: Premature wear within warranty period (excluding abuse)
• Noise Issues: Excessive squealing or grinding not caused by external factors

What's Not Covered

• Customer-Provided Pads Only: No warranty when customer supplies only brake pads
• Vehicle Transfer: Warranty expires if vehicle is sold to a new owner
• Improper Use: Damage from racing, towing beyond capacity, or off-road use
• Environmental Factors: Rust, corrosion, or damage from road salt/chemicals
• Normal Wear Beyond Period: Wear after warranty period expires
• Other Components: Calipers, hoses, or other brake parts not replaced in original service

Why Different Warranties?

We offer different warranty terms because:

• Pads Alone (90 days): Worn rotors significantly reduce pad life. We can't guarantee performance when reusing old rotors.
• Pads & Rotors (12 months): New components working together provide predictable, optimal performance.
• Customer Parts: We can't verify quality or specifications of customer-provided parts.
